Ingredients

  1. 8potatoes
  2. 6Hard boiled Eggs
  3. 1/2yellow onion chopped
  4. 1 cupBest Foods Mayo
  5. 1Garlic Salt
  6. 1Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and cut up potatoes into small cubes and boil

  2. 2

    Boil eggs

  3. 3

    When potatoes are still firm but soft enough, check with toothpick, take them off stove and drain

  4. 4

    Chop up hard boiled eggs

  5. 5

    Add all ingredients in bowl, mix

  6. 6

    Garlic salt and pepper to taste

  7. 7

    you may want to add less or more mayo, just varies on your consistency preference

  8. 8

    Refrigerate an hour and ENJOY! This recipe is a no fail! Even those picky potato salad haters will love it!
