preheat oven to 350.

In mixing bowl combine cream cheese and sugar

separate egg yolk, reserving egg whites, add yolk to cream cheese and mix until smooth

Spray baking dish with Pam

Place half of croissant dough in baking dish

Spread cream cheese mix on dough

Place other half of croissant roll dough on top and brush with egg whites

Place in oven for 12 minutes

Let cool

Cut into squares

Enjoy

serving size depends on how big you cut squares
