1tomato
3eggs
4 sliceSalted yellow cheese (not spread ones)
1 tbspSalt

Chop the onion then the tomato while removing the tomato seeds

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and hit them with the eggs

add the salt

On a medium heat you can make it as an omelet or Scrumbeled

don't over cook it ... to get the feeling of the molten cheese in it
