make box of pudding as directed

place pudding mix in your pie crust and refrigerate

take your 10 oreos and place them in ziplock bag and crush them

place entire bowl of whip cream in bag with oreos and mix them

place your oreo whip cream mixture in freezer until pudding is ready

take both pudding pie and oreo cream out of refrigerator and freezer

take your oreo cream topping and spread over pudding pie

you make also top pie with some whole oreos if desired

serve right away and enjoy
