  • 2 packagesfresh spinach cooked and chopped
  • 1 eachonion, chopped fine
  • 1 canwater chestnuts, diced
  • 1 packagesKnorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 cupMayonaise
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • 1 loafpumpernickle bread

    Mix spinach, onion, water chestnuts, soup mix, mayo & sour cream together & chill

  2. 2

    Hollow out bread, pour dip into bread & serve with the hollowed out part cut up
