  • 1 lbcarnitas
  • 1 literchile "red sauce"
  • 1 largelemon

  1. 1

    cut a portion of the baguette and slice it open, not completely in half

  2. 2

    fill with carnitas

  3. 3

    drizzle meat with lemon juice, to taste

  4. 4

    soak the sandwich in the Chile sauce for a few seconds to really saturate it
