Steamed Island Chicken
I liked it... yum yum, n healthy too.
Steps

mix mustard, dressing, salt, lemon pepper, & garlic powder together in ziplock baggy

insert chicken breast and marinade for 30 min.

prepare a small rack about 1 1/2 to. 2 inches high into a med. to large saute skillet with lid and about 3/4 - 1 inch of water

once marinated, place chicken on metal rack and place lid
- 5
heat up until water starts to boil, then reduce to a low simmer (steaming, not boiling)

check on progress in 20 min... if not done completely, turn chicken over, replace lid and cook for another 10 min

once fully cooked, remove from heat, and enjoy

prep time is 60 min reguardless of serving size if cooked at the same time

this recipe will make more servings, just compensate more of everything else when u add more chicken
