500 gramsfresh salmon
1onion (white, normal size)
1 1/2 tbspbutter
1salt/pepper

Salt and pepper the salmon and leave it in the fridge to stand for about 2 hours.

Cut baking paper and in the middle spread a bit of butter.

Add one layer salmon, one onion. when you finish it close it

Bake in 180°F for 20min

the salmon has to be thin slices like the onion

Serve with rice or butterish vegetables
