Ingredients

1 lbsharp cheese
1 stickoleo (or butter)
1/4 tspred pepper
2 cupplain flour

Grate cheese. Add hot pepper to cheese. Use hands to work in oleo.

Add flour, mix well.

Press out strips from cookie press. Cut before cooking, into desired length.

Cook at 350°F Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes. Salt while still hot (so it will stick).
