  • 2 1/4 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 cupbutter, room temp.
  • 3/4 cupfirmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 2 largeeggs
  • 2 cupchocolate chips (any kind)
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • Optional
  • 1 cupchopped nuts (macadamia, walnut, ect.)

    preheat oven to 350

    mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl

  3. 3

    mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl

  4. 4

    mix together wet and dry ingredients

  5. 5

    stir in chocolate and nuts

  6. 6

    bake for about 10 minutes
