Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cupMiniature Wheat
  • 1/2 cupLentils, Cooked
  • 1/2 cupQuick Cooking Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cupRaisins
  • 1/2 cupDried Apples, Chopped
  • 1 cupThin, unsalted thin pretzels, broken into pieces
  • 1/4 cupHoney
  • 2 tspCurry Powder
  • 1/2 tspCoriander, Ground
  • 1/4 tspCumin, Ground
  • 1/4 tspPaprika
  • 1/4 tspRed Pepper, Ground

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    In a 13x9 inch baking pan, combine the wheat, pretzels, lentils, oats, raisins and apples.

  3. 3

    In a small bowl, stir together the honey, curry powder, coriander, cumin, paprika and pepper.

  4. 4

    Drizzle the honey mixture over the cereal mixture.

  5. 5

    Toss until evenly coated.

  6. 6

    Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally.

  7. 7

    Store in an airtight container or self closing plastic bags.
