Trail Mix Bars

I use a trail mix made up of peanuts, almonds, cashews, raisins and M&M candies (hence the colorful bars). For the batch photographed, I added an additional cup of chocolate and white chocolate chips.

Preheat oven 375°

Blend flour, salt, powder, and spices
- 3
Add peanut butter and honey, mix thoroughly
- 4
Add beaten eggs and milk, beat until smooth
- 5
Add trail mix and oats. Mix completely
- 6
Press into a greased 9x13 pan
- 7
Bake 375° for 45 minutes
- 8
Cool completely, cut into bars and store in air tight container.
