  1. 1/4 cuplime juice
  2. 1/2 cupolive oil
  3. 3 clovegarlic
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspfresly ground black pepper
  6. 2mango. peeled pitted and diced
  7. 1red bell pepper, halved, seeded and finely diced
  8. 1green bell pepper, halved, seeded and finely diced
  9. 1yellow bell pepper, halved, seeded and finely diced
  10. 1 largered onion, halved and finely chopped
  11. 1/2fresh cilantro finely chopped
  12. 15 ozblack bean drained and raised

    whisk the olive oil, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper together in a large bowl.

    add the mangos, peppers, red onions, cilantro and toss to coat

  3. 3

    add the beans and gently toss everything together
