1/2 tsphoney or syrup
1 1/4 tspcinnamin

Put peanut butter in a small bowl.

Add the honey or syrup(depends on which you chose)in the bowl with the peanut butter and hand mix it.

Finally add the cinnamon and also hand mix it.
