Ingredients

  1. 1chopped onion
  2. 1chopped tomato
  3. 1chopped cilantro
  4. 1chopped up nopales ( cactus)
  5. 1chopped jalepenos

Steps

  1. 1

    rinse off and boil nopales until tender then drain water.

    combine all ingredients in a lrg mixing bowl and salt to taste.

    serve as a side or a salsa, either way it is super yummy...
