  1. 4 eachBoneless Chicken Breast
  2. 8 tspCream Cheese or Shredded Cheese
  3. 2 tbspChopped Chives
  4. 12 sliceBacon

Steps

50 mins
  1. 1

    Preaheat oven on bake 375*

  2. 2

    Pound with meat hammer until breast 1/4 thick

  3. 3

    Mix chives into cream cheese and spread over breast

  4. 4

    Preheat bacon til partially cooked

  5. 5

    Roll each breast up with strips of bacon on outside of roll and nail with toothpicks

  6. 6

    Place on baking sheet and bake at 375* for 30 min. then put on broil for 10 min. to crisp bacon.

  7. 7

    ENJOY
