whisk together flour & eggs. Gradually add in milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter then beat until smooth. cover with saran wrap and let rest for 30 minutes

heat a lightly oiled or buttered frying pan or griddle over medium high heat. Use approx. 1/4 cup for each crepe and pour on griddle. brush pan with melted as needed.

cook crepe until the bottom is lightly brown. Turn and cook the other side.

Roll up the crepe with fresh fruit, & drizzle on some chocolate, or sprinkle with powdered sugar. or add anything you like
