  1. 75 gramsRice, Buckwheat or Millet Flakes or a mixture
  2. 4 tbsphoney
  3. 500 gramssoya yogurt
  4. 1Rind of 1 orange
  5. 225 gramsmixed berries

Steps

  1. 1

    Toast Flakes in a fry pan till golden, add half of the honey cook and stir constanly.

  2. 2

    Put yogurt in a bowl and add the rest of the honey and orange rind. Gently mix in berries; leave for 5-10mins so the berries release their juices.

  3. 3

    To serve layer flakes and berries till you reach the top of the glass
