Ingredients

  • Slaw
  • 1 headsmall red cabbage
  • 1 cupBrussels sprouts, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cupshredded carrots
  • 10green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cupslivered almonds, toasted
  • Sauce
  • 1/4 cupsesame oil
  • 1/4 cupliquid amino
  • 1/4 cup+ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsphoney
  • 1 tbsphot red chili oil
  • 2 tbspsesame seeds
  • 1pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice or shred vegetables with a knife or in a food processor

  2. 2

    Toast almonds over medium heat for 3-5 minutes and allow to cool. Then add them to the veggies.

  3. 3

    Combine sauce ingredients. Order does not matter.

  4. 4

    Pour sauce over vegetables and toss until coated well.

  5. 5

    Allow slaw to set up for at least one hour in the refrigerator before serving. Longer is better.
