500 gramssweet potatoes
75 mlsoy sauce
2 tbspfinely grated fresh ginger
2 clovegarlic

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut of 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 cm. Place in a small ovenproof dish lined with baking paper.

Mix soy sauce with ginger and finely chopped garlic and pour the mixture over the potatoes.

Bake the potatoes in the oven for approx. 30 minutes at 180C/ gas 4 until brown
