on wax paper ágape mixture in to a ball

I like to shape in to snow Men or trees for christmas or pumpkins for halloween

roll or pat on almonds (they will stick to cheese)

wrap in wax paper or plastic wrap refrigerante untill serving

serve with assorted crackers
