take flank steak, soy sauce and oil and place in bag or bowl covered and placed in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

in a pan add the eggs and peas and gently scramble untill eggs are done. set aside.

in a large wok or pot add the beef and oil mixture and cook on Med heat for 5 minutes.

add the egg and pea mixter and rice all in pot.

mix gently untill rice is coated. (you can add soy sauce to your liking but make sure not to add to much or rice will get soggy)

turn the heat up a Tad and let sit for 2 min. then flip rice. repeat 4 times.

add salt pepper to taste. enjoy!
