Cut one of the sides of the chili and remove the seeds. (to reduce spiceness)

Cut the cheese into thin slices.

insert the cheese in the chili.

Wrap all the chilis in the lumpia wrapper.

in a bowl, mix the water and the cornstarch together.

Apply cornstarch mixture at the end of the wrappers to seal.

Pour the oil in the pan and deepfry the cheese sticks on high heat.
