Steps
- 1
preheat oven to 350
- 2
bake tortillas until semi crispy, about 5 -10 mins depending on oven
- 3
remove semi crispy tortillas from oven. on one, apply hot sauce (we used the convenient hot sauce packets from fast food restaurants) -- one was enough to cover the tortilla
- 4
spread refried beans (I first poured mine into a pot and heated for two mins for easier spreading)
- 5
put the second tortilla on top of beans
- 6
sour cream is optional, I love it, my husband doesn't, so if you're not a fan skip the sour cream. spread about half a teaspoon over the tortilla
- 7
cover with cheese, add chopped tomatoes, sprinkle cilantro, and add one more packet of hot sauce
- 8
bake for five more mins till cheese is melted and pizza is more crisp.
- 9
enjoy. note: depending on how many ppl are eating, the ratio is two tortillas per person. also, you can use ground meat instead of beans if you're not feeling in the vegetarian mood.
