PREHEAT THE MILK ALMOST TO BUBBLE. REMOVE FROM THE HEAT AND ADD IN THE CONF' SUGAR AND BEAT THEM TO LET THEM DESOLVE TOGETHER UNTIL FLUFFY.

ADD IN THE BUTTER / MARGARINE AND WHILE BEATING THEM AT LOWER SPEED, ADD IN THE STIFFLY BEATEN WHITE EGGS TOGETHER WITH THE VANILLA THEN CONTINUE BEATING AT HIGHER SPEED UNTIL STIFF AND THE MIXTURE BECOME WHITE

ADD THE OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS ACCORDINGLY AND USE ON A BAKED CAKE, MUFFIN OR CUPCAKE
