  2. 7 tbspblack soy souce
  3. 1/2 cupsesame oil
  4. 4 tbspsugar
  5. 1 tbspsalt
  6. 3 tbspbalsamic vinager
  7. 1 bunchgreen onion

    cook noodles in hot water for about 1minute

    wash noodles in icy cold water

  3. 3

    rest the noodles on a tea towel to drain
