  • 7 tbspblack soy souce
  • 1/2 cupsesame oil
  • 4 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 3 tbspbalsamic vinager
  • 1 bunchgreen onion

    cook noodles in hot water for about 1minute

    wash noodles in icy cold water

  3. 3

    rest the noodles on a tea towel to drain
