Ingredients

10 servings
  • 15 ozsour cream
  • 1 cancream of chicken soup
  • 1 stickmargarine
  • 1 cupcorn flakes or ritz crackers crushed
  • 2 lbfrozen hashbrown (little square kind) thawed
  • 8 ozshredded cheddar cheese

    preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    melt stick of margarine in microwave

  3. 3

    mix melted margarine, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and cheese in a 9×13 pan

  4. 4

    add potatoes to mixture and mix well

  5. 5

    bake 45 mins covered with foil

  6. 6

    sprinkle on crushed corn flakes or ritz crackers

  7. 7

    bake uncovered additional 15 minutes

  8. 8

    serve
