
Medium Buffalo Chicken Wings

Combine Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, and black pepper in a medium sauce pan.

Heat over medium heat until boiling.

Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and allow to cool uncovered for 10 minutes.

While sauce is cooling, wisk egg yolks with water until pale yellow.

Wisk cornstarch in with egg yolk and water mixture.

After sauce is finished cooling, rapidly wisk egg mixture with sauce mixture.

Cover and chill sauce.

Preheat shortening to 350° F.

Cut chicken breasts to wing sized pieces.

Cover wings with flour and fry in shortening for 10-12 minutes or until light brown.

Remove wings and allow to cool on rack or paper towels.

Place cool wings in a container with a lid and add 1/4-1/3 cups of sauce.

Shake container until wings are throughly coved with sauce.

Removed wings from container and serve with favorite dipping sauce.
