Roll out pastry to fit your quiche tin, I use a 12inch tin.

preheat oven to 200

cover with clingfilm and chill for 30 minutes

remove clingfilm from pastry and line with greaseproof paper and baking beans and bake blind for 15 minutes, remove paper and beans and put back in oven for 7 mins.

Chop up sundried tomatoes and put on pastry base then crumble over feta cheese.

break 3 eggs into a bowl add cream and salt and pepper, mix till combined
- 7
pour into base covering tomatoes and feta. sprinkle over grated cheese.

bake in oven for 25mins at 180 or until it feels just set in middle.

serve with fresh crusty bread and salad. delicious hot or cold
