  • Mix 1 - Gluten Free Flour Mix
  • 6 cupWhite Rice Flour
  • 2 cupPotato Starch/Flour
  • 1 cupTapioca Flour
  • Mix 2
  • 1 1/4 cupFrom Gluten Free Flour Mix
  • 1/9 tspBaking Soda
  • 2 tspBaking Powder
  • 1/4 tspCinnamon
  • 1/9 tspApple Pie Spice
  • 3/4 cupApple Juice
  • 3/4 cupApplesauce
  • 2 tbspHoney
  • 1 tbspOil
  • Mix 3 - Add to Mix 2
  • 1 1/2 tbspHot Water
  • 1 1/2 tbspOil
  • 1 tspBaking Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix up the Gluten Free Flour.

  2. 2

    Then use 1 1/4 cups from the Gluten Free Flour and mix it with Mix 2.

  3. 3

    Then add Mix 3, this will fizz up. Let the pancake batter sit for a few minutes. It will start to look light and fluffy.

  4. 4

    Bake on preheated griddle 300°F

  5. 5

    Good for Pancakes or waffles.
