6 cupWhite Rice Flour
2 cupPotato Starch/Flour
1 cupTapioca Flour
Mix 2
1 1/4 cupFrom Gluten Free Flour Mix
1/9 tspBaking Soda
2 tspBaking Powder
1/4 tspCinnamon
1/9 tspApple Pie Spice
3/4 cupApple Juice
3/4 cupApplesauce
2 tbspHoney
1 tbspOil
Mix 3 - Add to Mix 2
1 1/2 tbspHot Water
1 1/2 tbspOil
1 tspBaking Powder

Mix up the Gluten Free Flour.

Then use 1 1/4 cups from the Gluten Free Flour and mix it with Mix 2.

Then add Mix 3, this will fizz up. Let the pancake batter sit for a few minutes. It will start to look light and fluffy.

Bake on preheated griddle 300°F

Good for Pancakes or waffles.
