  2. 6 cupWhite Rice Flour
  3. 2 cupPotato Starch/Flour
  4. 1 cupTapioca Flour
  5. Mix 2
  6. 1 1/4 cupFrom Gluten Free Flour Mix
  7. 1/9 tspBaking Soda
  8. 2 tspBaking Powder
  9. 1/4 tspCinnamon
  10. 1/9 tspApple Pie Spice
  11. 3/4 cupApple Juice
  12. 3/4 cupApplesauce
  13. 2 tbspHoney
  14. 1 tbspOil
  15. Mix 3 - Add to Mix 2
  16. 1 1/2 tbspHot Water
  17. 1 1/2 tbspOil
  18. 1 tspBaking Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix up the Gluten Free Flour.

  2. 2

    Then use 1 1/4 cups from the Gluten Free Flour and mix it with Mix 2.

  3. 3

    Then add Mix 3, this will fizz up. Let the pancake batter sit for a few minutes. It will start to look light and fluffy.

  4. 4

    Bake on preheated griddle 300°F

  5. 5

    Good for Pancakes or waffles.
