  • 3Ripe Bananas
  • 1/3 cupMelted Butter
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1Beaten Egg
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 1 tspBaking Powder
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 1/2 cupFlour
  • 1 dashHoney

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Mix butter with mashed Bananas using a wooden spoon.

  3. 3

    Mix in Sugar, honey, eggs and vanilla.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle and mix in salt and baking soda.

  5. 5

    Add flour (last).

  6. 6

    Pour into buttered 4*8" bread pan.

  7. 7

    Bake for 60 minutes.
