Steps
- 1
1- Melt the butter in a little pan on the stove and while it's cooking put in a bowl the flour, the sugar and the baking powder and, when it will be melted, also the butter. Mix it.
- 2
2- Add 2 whole eggs, while the 2 remaining add just the yolk and serve the albums that we'll use its at the end. Mix it.
- 3
3- Add 3 tablespoon of marmelade. I'm used to use plums or strawberries armelade, but you can use whichever you prefer. Mix it.
- 4
4- Now whisk the albums of the eggs and add it to the mixture. Mix it gently from the bottom upwards.
- 5
5- Now add the chopped apples and mix it all together. I'm used to use the apples, but you can use anything you prefer. for example it's also very good with blueberries or raspberries or pear and chocolate (especially this for the kids) or bananas... free your imagination!
- 6
6- If you want you can add a little bit of alchool like rum for cake or sassolino, not too much.
- 7
Cook it for 30 minutes in the heaven (180 degrees).
