This works great as an egg replacer in gluten-free bread, cakes & other baked goods that need both a binder and a leavener

Whisk the powders together then put into a labelled container and seal

Shake well prior to every use

To substitute for one egg, add 1.5 teaspoons of egg replacer powder to 3 tablespoons of water and whisk into a slurry with a fork

Use as you would in place of store bought packaged egg replacer powder

The arrowroot and gum provide the binding and the baking powder provides the leavening with great results!
