Ingredients

  • 1 pintsPlain Greek yogurt
  • 1Cucumber, peeled and seeded
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 1 cupSour cream
  • 1 tbspChampagne or white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbspLemon juice
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 1/2 tspGarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Place yogurt in towel lined sieve.

  2. 2

    Grate cucumber and toss with 1 T salt - place in another sieve.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate for 3-4 hours to drain.

  4. 4

    Stir all ingredients.
