Ingredients

  1. 1 pintsPlain Greek yogurt
  2. 1Cucumber, peeled and seeded
  3. 1 tbspSalt
  4. 1 cupSour cream
  5. 1 tbspChampagne or white wine vinegar
  6. 2 tbspLemon juice
  7. 1 tbspOlive oil
  8. 1 1/2 tspGarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Place yogurt in towel lined sieve.

  2. 2

    Grate cucumber and toss with 1 T salt - place in another sieve.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate for 3-4 hours to drain.

  4. 4

    Stir all ingredients.
