1/2 cupWater
1 cupGreen Grapes
1 cupPineapple Chunks
2 cupFresh Spinach
1 cupIce Cubs
1Banana (optional, it adds sweetness)

Put all ingredients in blender, better if you add them in the order I listed.

Turn blender on slow speed for about 5 seconds then put on max speed.

Blend until you reach the desired consistency.

This was really great and fresh. Tried it with and without a the banana. It was good both ways.
