Ingredients

  • 1 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1 cupyellow cornmeal
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1 tbspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 cupwhipping cream
  • 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 1/4 cuphoney
  • 2eggs, slightly beaten

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 400○F. (200○C)

  2. 2

    In medium bowl stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.

  3. 3

    Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened.

  4. 4

    Pour into greased 9" (23cm) square baking pan.

  5. 5

    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
