Steps

In a pan on low flame, add the oil and garlic paste

Keep stirring till oil is infused in garlic, make sure the garlic does not burn!

Turn off the heat and add the flour, then keep stirring the mixture should be pastey
- 4
Add the milk and whisk till you are sure there are no lumps, remember the heat does not go on till now

Add the oregano, salt, pepper and turn on the heat to low
- 6
Keep stirring as the sauce will start to thicken, till it reaches the consistency of your choice. If it does however, thicken tooo much then add more milk and another pinch of salt

Serve with pasta of our choice, it also works AMAZINGLY with potatoes, that are boiled and mashed
