Ingredients

  • 1/2onion, yellow
  • 1bell pepper, red
  • 1bell pepper, green
  • 4 ozmushrooms
  • 1 cupbaby carrots
  • 1pork sirloin
  • 1/2 tbspitalian seasoning
  • 1/2 tbspsteak & chop seasoning
  • 1/2 tbspperfect pinch roasted garlic & bell pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 tbspseason all
  • 1/2 tbspmrs. dash

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425°F

  2. 2

    Dice all vegetables, except carrots, into 1 inch pieces

  3. 3

    Add all vegetables into glass baking dish; mix well

  4. 4

    Place sirloin on top of vegetables; season

  5. 5

    Cover baking dish with aluminum foil; bake for 20 minutes per pound

  6. 6

    Slice meat & serve with vegetables
