  3. 1 1/2 cupFull cream milk
  4. 3 tspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water in a pot, make sure water level is half way of the bowl your using

  2. 2

    Crack egg and add sugar in the bowl then whisk until sugar is combined with egg

  3. 3

    Pour in milk and whisk, make sure to whisk slowly cause we don't want bubbles

  4. 4

    put in the center of the boiling water and cover bowl with plate

  5. 5

    Put pot lid on and turn down the heat to medium level. Steam for 15min exact(guarantee Perfection). Take out and ENJOY!!!
