Preheat Oven to 225°F

Take the 2 egg whites and beat them till they are a foam like form

Pour over the 4 cups of pecans in a glass pan

stir them till all the pecans are covered

Add 1 cup of brown sugar and tablespoon of cinnamon and teaspoon of salt

Stir till I the pecans are evenly covered

Even them out to a thin layer

Put in the oven at 225°F for 1 hour
