Ingredients

  • 1 canArtichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  • 16 ozcream cheese
  • 1 packagesfrozen spinach, thawed & drained and chopped
  • 2 1/2 cupmonterey jack cheese, cubed
  • 2 1/2 cupmozzerella cheese, shredded
  • 3 tspminced garlic
  • 1 dashpepper to taste

    Place all in slow cooker and cook on High for 1-2 hours, until cheese is melted.

    Stir occasionally.
