1 canArtichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
16 ozcream cheese
1 packagesfrozen spinach, thawed & drained and chopped
2 1/2 cupmonterey jack cheese, cubed
2 1/2 cupmozzerella cheese, shredded
3 tspminced garlic
1 dashpepper to taste

Place all in slow cooker and cook on High for 1-2 hours, until cheese is melted.
