1/2 tspBaking powder
1/4 tspSalt
3/4 cupChopped nuts(optional)

Combine sugar, butter, and water

Add eggs & vanilla

Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl.

Stir into mixture

Bake 18 to 25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
