place frozen fruits within a blender

add the bananas (not too green, or they'll taste)
- 3
add the yogourt to the fruits
- 4
incorporate milk and juice
- 5
blend to desired mixture fluidity (some people prefer it really smooth, so at least 30 seconds for them)
- 6
note:quantity of milk and juice are not measured, so just put how much you want them. milk and bananas make it smooth, juice makes it more acid.
