Ingredients

  • 1 lbground bison
  • 1/4 cupbutter
  • 1 bunchsliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 canLow sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbspdried minced onion
  • 1/4 cupketchup
  • 1/3 cupwhile flour
  • 1 tspgarlic salt
  • 1 cuplite sour cream
  • 12 ozNO-YOLKS egg noodles

  1. 1

    Boil water for noodles and cook noodles on a side burner.

  2. 2

    Saute mushrooms in tall edge pan using half of the butter.

  3. 3

    Set aside sautéed mushrooms and brown bison in the now emptied tall rim pan with remaining butter.

  4. 4

    Add 1 and 1/3 can of beef broth, dried onion, and ketchup.

  5. 5

    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes being careful not to boil.

  6. 6

    Mix flour with remaining beef broth.

  7. 7

    After slightly increasing heat, slowly add flour mixture while stirring until thickened slightly.

  8. 8

    Mix in mushrooms and sour cream and serve over noodles.
