Ingredients

  • Crab Marinade
  • 1 lbjumbo crab claws
  • 3 tbspgarlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tbspbutter
  • 3 tspcurry powder
  • 1 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  • 3 tbspginger, minced
  • 2 tspchicken bouillon
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • saute sauce
  • 2celery, sliced
  • 2green onions
  • 2 clovegarlic, minced
  • 2 tspgreen mountain sauce or maggi
  • 2 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 2 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 tbspcurry powder
  • 1 tspground white pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsproasted chili paste
  • 2red chili, seeded to heat tolerance
  • 2 tspchicken bouillon
  • 2 tbspOyster sauce
  • 2 tbspcoconut milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix marinade together and marinade for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Pour contents of marinade into baking sheet or foil and bake for 15 minutes at 400°F.

  3. 3

    Heat pan with a hint of olive oil and fry garlic and chili until golden.

  4. 4

    Remove crab from oven and pour contents into pan. Add remaining sautee seasoning EXCEPT coconut milk.

  5. 5

    Once veggies cooked to liking, stir in coconut milk. Serve with fresh lime.

  6. 6

    NOTE: Baking crab without salt allows it to retain its moisture.
