
Baked Crab Sauted with Thai Curry, nouveau style
Steps

Mix marinade together and marinade for 1 hour.

Pour contents of marinade into baking sheet or foil and bake for 15 minutes at 400°F.

Heat pan with a hint of olive oil and fry garlic and chili until golden.

Remove crab from oven and pour contents into pan. Add remaining sautee seasoning EXCEPT coconut milk.

Once veggies cooked to liking, stir in coconut milk. Serve with fresh lime.

NOTE: Baking crab without salt allows it to retain its moisture.
