Ingredients

1/2 cupbutter or margarine
1/2 cuppeanut butter
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cuppacked brown sugar
1/2 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspbaking powder
1egg
1/2 tspvanilla
1 1/4 cupflour

Steps

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerating dough helps cookies from getting flat when baking.

Preheat oven to 375. Form balls. Roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheet. Press down slightly with fork. Bake 7-9 minutes.
