  2. 1 cupvinegar
  3. 1 eachonion( chopped)
  4. 1hallapeno (chopped)
  5. 1ginger (chopped)
  6. 1lemon

    mix the diced tuna or basa fish and vinegar. let the fish cook in the vinegar for an hour

    drain the vinegar and add all ingredients.

    add salt and pepper to taste
