  • 2basa or tuna fillet (diced)
  • 1 cupvinegar
  • 1 eachonion( chopped)
  • 1hallapeno (chopped)
  • 1ginger (chopped)
  • 1lemon

    mix the diced tuna or basa fish and vinegar. let the fish cook in the vinegar for an hour

  2. 2

    drain the vinegar and add all ingredients.

    add salt and pepper to taste
