Combine almonds, cheese, salt, garlic powder and 1/8 tsp pepper in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk.

Place milk in shallow bowl.

Dip zucchini slices in milk and dredge in dry mixture.

Place slices on an oven proof wire rack coated with pam

Place rack in oven on cookie sheet

Bake at 425* for 30 min. or until brown an crisp.

Serve immediatly
