1 boxDuncan Hines butter cake mix
1 canEagle brand milk
2/3 cupcream of coconut
3/4 cupsugar
8 ozcream cheese
8 ozCool Whip
1 packagesShredded coconut

Bake cake in 13x9x2 pan as directed

when cake is done, punch holes in cake and pour Eagle brand milk and cream of coconut over it

mix sugar and cream cheese for 4 minutes

then fold in tub of cool whip

spread over top and sprinkle with coconut
