5 lbground beef
2 packageswheat saltines crushed
6 largeeggs
2 1/2 cupkatcup
1 mediumonion chopped
4 tbspworshire sauce
1salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 tspgarlic powder (optional)
1 largebag of baby carrots
10potatoes cut in half lenght wise

preheat oven to 350

mix everything but carrots and potatoes in large bowl

shape meat in deep baking dish cover with carrots and potatoes top with foil
4

place in heated oven on top rack for approximately 45 minutes to one hour
5

remove foil and continue to bake till potatoes can be easily poked with a fork
6

remove and serve
